Legal disclaimer
General information only
The pages, articles, practice-area notes and frequently asked questions on snlawchambers.in are general information about Indian law and about the work of SN Law Chambers. They are written for a public audience in Hyderabad and elsewhere.
They are not legal advice. They are not a legal opinion. They are not an advertisement of guaranteed results.
No advocate–client relationship by visiting
Reading this website, submitting an enquiry, or speaking to the chambers for the first time does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship. That relationship arises only if the chambers accepts instructions, the conflict position is clear, and the terms of engagement are understood.
Until then, do not assume that a message has been received, read, or acted upon, or that a limitation period is being watched for you.
Advice depends on facts and documents
Legal advice in India depends on:
- the facts as they actually are, not as they are summarised;
- the documents, including the ones that hurt the case;
- the forum and its current procedure;
- the date of the events, because statutes and case law change.
The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 came into force on 1 July 2024. Older pages on the internet, and older section numbers, may be historical. Articles on this site try to mark that line. They can still become outdated. Check the date on the article and take current advice.
No warranties
SN Law Chambers and Advocate Sainath Panjagari make no warranty that information on this website is complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances. Links to statutes, judgments or other websites are for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their content.
Third-party listings
Profiles of the advocate on independent directories are not controlled by this chambers in every respect. If a listing contradicts this website on a professional fact, write to us before relying on either.
Limitation and urgency
If you have a notice, a summons, an auction date or a limitation period, do not wait on a blog article. Contact a practising advocate with the papers.
