About SN Law Chambers
A chambers practice in Hyderabad
SN Law Chambers is the practice of Advocate Sainath Panjagari, based at Plot No. 33, Survey No. 874, Gandimaisamma Road, Medchal Check Post, Medchal, Telangana 501401. The chambers exists to give individuals and businesses a clear reading of their legal position, and to represent them in court and before legal forums in Telangana when that is the honest next step.
The work is advocacy and legal advisory. It is not a volume-processing shop, and it is not a marketing page that pretends every dispute ends in a famous victory. Matters are taken on after the papers are seen.
The advocate
Advocate Sainath Panjagari is a practising advocate.
Academic qualifications: MBA (Bhavan’s Vivekananda College); M.Com; PGDTL (University College of Commerce & Business Management, Osmania University); LL.B (Padala Rama Reddi Law College, Hyderabad); and LL.M (Crimes & Torts) from the P.G. College of Law, Basheerbagh, Osmania University.
Before enrolment he worked in finance and accounts at Hyderabad: as Associate Analyst at Berkadia Services India Pvt. Ltd.; as Associate Manager (Finance) at Resolute Electronics Pvt. Ltd., an electronic manufacturing industry at Medchal, Hyderabad; and as Manager (Finance) at ViaTerra Travel Gear Pvt. Ltd.
He advises and appears in matters that commonly arise in Hyderabad and Medchal–Malkajgiri: criminal allegations and bail; civil suits and injunctions; cheque dishonour; family disputes; commercial contracts; insolvency and company forums; banking recovery under SARFAESI and before the DRT; and property title and possession.
Legal philosophy
- Facts before adjectives. A notice, an FIR, a deed or a bank statement decides more than a speech.
- The right forum. Not every unpaid invoice is a criminal case. Not every family injury is a police case. Not every bank notice is a civil-court injunction.
- Candour. If a limitation period has expired, or a document is missing, you will be told.
- No guaranteed outcomes. Courts decide. Counsel prepares and presents.
Where we work
The chambers is at Medchal Check Post, on Gandimaisamma Road. Service is to clients in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Medchal–Malkajgiri and Telangana generally. Appearances are typically before the City Civil Court at Hyderabad, the District Court Complex at Medchal–Malkajgiri, and other courts and forums in the State as the brief requires — including, where instructed, proceedings that go further.
How to instruct the chambers
Write through the contact form, or attend by appointment. Bring the papers. An enquiry is not a retainer; that line is explained in the legal disclaimer.
